   My ten year old is very pleased with these shoes. Initially (first few days) he found them a bit uncomfortable around the arch, but I haven’t heard anymore complaints. My child loves his Etnies! We are pleased with the looks and comfort of the shoe! My child has to dress in a school uniform and these were perfect for him! They are “cool” and are still within the strict dress code guidelines. We also appreciated the speedy delivery after the order was taken.
   Fantastic! What a wonderful company to deal with. Zappos rocks! Shipping was fast and product was just as promised! Thank-you! This product was reviewed as being a wider width which was exactly what I needed for my son!

   Went on the website because Nordstrom and local retailers did not have the chocolate brown suede Etnies my son wanted. The service was great. We had the shoes within 3 days and the fit was great. Frye Heather Button Shoes. They are true to size. We went and tried on a different pair to make sure the size would be ok.

   Great semi-formal leather wedge - These are gorgeous! Gives the perfect height and looks amazing with jeans as well as with semi-formal skirts. The sizing is accurate in my case; my usual nine fit perfectly. I ordered these on a Saturday and got them early Monday (which happened to be Christmas Eve!), furthering my suspicion that Zappos is the greatest thing to happen to shoe shoppers since the internet.

   Coty’s shoes - I was really surprised that the shoes fit because he is hard to find shoes for. He was so excited with the shoes when they came and he loves them. The first night he went to sleep with them on. They are a wonderful shoe and I know when they wear out we will definitely be ordering more from you in the future. Thanks for the great service. Great kids boarding shoe - My son loves Etnies and this was the look he wanted - he ordered the size he normally takes, took it out of the box and onto his feet and he has worn them since comfortably with no complaints. He thinks Etnies are the most comfortable of the skateboard brands because of the thick padding and he is very happy with these, I think they are his 5th Etnies over the past few years.

   Better than the rest- I looked in a lot of places for the right kind of shoes for my son and he decided on Etnies but every where that I looked in the area that I lived in was unable to provide the shoes I needed because they did not have his size, and it wasn�t as if his shoe size was not normal it was only a size 2 in boy�s. But I was able to fine the right size on Zappos and have no trouble getting them delivered especially with no shipping or handling charges and my son loves his new shoes, the feel, and especially the look.    Kid�s Etnies- Zappos was the only place I was able to find Etnies for my son- he has a small foot and no other store (even on-line) had them available. He loves them & wears them all the time. They are good quality and comfortable. I would definitely buy Etnies again- and purchase again from Zappos. My son really loved these shoes. Zappos is the only place we can find a variety of skate shoes. They are durable and comfortable and good looking! He was so excited when we ordered the shoes Friday night and received them Monday afternoon! Great Buy…. My 10 year old daughter got these for her birthday and has not taken them off! She takes care of these shoes more than anything else she has!!!! Now my 6 year old son wants a pair… These are great - I bought these shoes for my god son because I have the same shoe for my 4 yr old (in velcro) and he fell in love with them. He hasn’t taken them off since Christmas. He said that they are incredible when on his skate board and grip really well. I’ve never had so many kisses and hugs from a 12 year old in my life……lol He even said that God moms might even be better than real moms…ha ha ha

   Review for sneakers - First, I would like to say that the shoes arrived quickly, as promised. Even during the Christmas shopping season. They fit my son perfectly and he has worn nothing else since getting these. My daughter is begging for them. I was very pleased with our experience with Zappos and would definitely order from them again.

   Great Service…what more do you need? I work for an online catalog company who’s main focus is the customer which always pays off in the end. Zapppo’s has also mastered great service, from delivery time, no delivery fees or return fees (which is my favorite), selection and customer loyalty - I’m just glad my company is not a online shoe retailer, that would make for some stiff competition! GREAT JOB - other online companies could learn from you. Austin Loves Them - When we bought Austin10 years old his first pair of Etnies, he didn’t like them. After wearing them out (1 year later) and falling in love with the comfort. He begged for a new pair. Well finding another pair proved hard (kid size). We looked online at the etnies sight, they were out of what we needed, the unbelieveable their agent referred us to Zappos, even looking up my son size and style choice and making sure they were available at your site. He counted down the days for delivery and hasn’t wore other tennis/skate shoes recieving them. Great comforftable, sporty shoe. Thanks!

   Every one is wearing these shoes but my daughter was having a hard time finding a pair that fit. I didn’t realize that skate shoes run a little smaller than other athletic shoes, so we first ordered her usual size. I was so impressed by your no charge return policy. We exchanged for a larger shoe and the whole process was less than a week. It just doesn’t make sense for us to drive 35 miles to the mall anymore. Only the best!! - I’m very satisified & appreciate a web site as great as this. I know where I will buy all my shoes for the entire family. Fast shipment & wonderful products!!! I ordered these for my grandson. Couldn’t find these in this color and size ANYWHERE else. I figured I’d have them within 5-7 days. But to my plesant surprise, Zappos upgraded the shipping at no cost to me and I had them the day after I Ordered!! They’re GREAT!

    The buying process was very simple. - I was extremely pleased with the fast service I received. Buying a product without seeing it “live” can be a little uneasy. However Zappos policy on returns is the best compared to other online stores I reviewed. The actual shoe is just like those seen in stores. There is no hidden agenda or doubt with Zappos. I would certainly not hesitate to buy from zappos again.
